The process is so important, it can't be over stated. Our process for repair has been formulated for over 10-years. It's what allows us, as a small two person shop, to provide service to hundreds of businesses a year.

Step 1

We diagnose your issue. Of course some issues (i.e. a broken screen) don't take a lot of work to figure out. Others however, can be very tricky. "Slow" computers are the worst. "Slow" is the most used term to describe what is wrong by the user, but the computer could be slow for literally hundreds of thousands of different reasons. This can sometimes make the job of diagnosing the issue a very big task.

Step 2

Once we have diagnosed your problem, we quickly repair it with our vast knowledge and proprietary tools. Rest assured once we set out to fix your issue we won't stop until it is working above your standards. We wouldn't be good at our jobs if we didn't set out to exceed your expectations each and every time.

Step 3

We test, test, re-test, and test your device one last time. Depending on the particular problem we may even test it one more time just to be extra sure. Testing ensures that whatever the problem was it is gone for good. The last thing we want is to say you're "good to go" when you're not.

Step 4

We make sure you're are completely satisfied with your experience. If you weren't then we make it right. Our success depends on your happiness, if your not happy were not happy. That's why we go above and beyond for every repair. We treat each customer like they are our only customer!
